Insurance
Please ensure your party is covered by insurance as Villa Theresa will not be responsible for any claims made.
Unauthorised Guests
Only the named guests who book the accommodation will be allowed to occupy it.
Any other persons found in occupation will be asked to leave.
Villa Theresa reserve the right to terminate your contract with no refunds given.
Damage
Please treat the accommodation and its contents with respect. All damage and breakages must be paid for.
No Smoking
Villa Theresa has a strict no smoking policy inside the accommodation.
No Pets
Sorry, strictly no pets allowed.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required within 1 week of your booking confirmation. Full payment is required 42 days before the date of your holiday. |
